John Bolton, President Trump’s former national security adviser, sat down with the Washington Post to discuss his book: “The Room Where it Happened.” Ambasador Bolton spoke about various moments during his 17 months working for President Trump, including a NATO summit where the president was very close to withdrawing from the alliance. Mr. Bolton described the it as one of the most “disturbing” moments during his time in the administration. He also repeated claims in the book that the president has misused his office for political gain.
